1. Before running, check whether the components are connected well, whether the water valve and components are flexible and easy to use, whether the switch position is normal, check whether the water source pipeline is well connected, and whether the water valve is easy to use.
2. Before the start of the dust collector, it is necessary to carry out the trial run at no load. Check whether there is air leakage at the joint. If there is a strong bolt or use asbestos to block it.
3. The dewatering device inside the dust collector should be flushed every shift, and no dust should be accumulated. The flushing time depends on the ash accumulation. Generally, it runs continuously for 8 hours, and the long interval must not exceed 24 hours. The induced draft fan must be suspended, and the flushing valve should be opened to rinse the dehydration device for 10-15 minutes each time. Then, the flushing pipe valve is closed, the water pump is turned on to make the spraying device work, and then the opening is started. Fans make the system operate normally.
